Ingredients

  • teaspoons maple syrup 
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 10 oz brussels sprouts 
  • cups rice wild cold cooked
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper yellow thin
  • tablespoons onion red chopped
  • tablespoons oz. bacon into pieces 
  • large leaves boston lettuce dry with paper towels rinsed
