  • 0.5 cup orange juice unsweetened
  • 0.3 cup pancake syrup reduced-calorie maple-flavored
  • 0.5 cup prune- cut to pieces pitted

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add fruit mixture. Process until smooth.
  3. Add syrup and cinnamon; process until smooth. Cover, and store in refrigerator.
