Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  •  chicken thighs bone-in
  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • tablespoon cider vinegar 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce 
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • tablespoon onion grated
  • 0.3 cup spicy brown mustard 
  • tablespoons mustard yellow

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients.
  2. Place half of mixture in a zip-top plastic bag; reserve remaining mixture.
  3. Add chicken to bag; seal. Chill 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from bag.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with salt.
  7. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  8. Serve with reserved mustard mixture.
