  • pound carrots peeled sliced into 1/ rounds
  • Tbsp butter unsalted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange zest 
  • pinch cinnamon

Directions

  1. Sauté carrots in butter: In a large, wide sauté pan, heat the butter on medium heat until melted.
