  • 0.8 cup original barbecue sauce kraft
  • tsp chili powder 
  • 0.8 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • small onion thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup pancake syrup 
  • lb pork tenderloin 
  • 1.5 lb sweet potatoes peeled thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, syrup, cider, chili powder and cinnamon.
  3. Place potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with onions.
  4. Pour half of the barbecue sauce mixture over potatoes and onions.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Place meat over potatoes and onions; top with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
  7. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
