Ingredients

  • 3.5 lb cut-up broiler-fryer chicken 
  • 14.5 oz chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium canned
  • Tbsp cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin 
  • 0.5 cup lime zest divided kraft
  •  onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 1.5 cups rice long-grain white uncooked

Directions

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until each piece is golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add broth, rice, cumin and remaining dressing to skillet; stir. Bring to boil. Top with chicken; cover.
  6. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165F) and rice is tender.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro.
