  • 0.3 cup juice of lime 
  • 0.5 cup oil 
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • lb shrimp cleaned
  • cups cut-up vegetables assorted (bell peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms)
  • 0.3 cup tequila 
  •  wooden skewers 
  •  wooden skewers

Directions

  1. Mix dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice until well blended.
  2. Pour over shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to 2 hours to marinate.
  3. Remove shrimp and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4 min.
