  • cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 16 ounces pasta 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper flakes red
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions
