  • tablespoon rosemary dried
  • tablespoon thyme dried
  • teaspoon ground mustard dry
  • 3.5 pound roast chickens cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  •  garlic clove pressed
  •  bell pepper green cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • pound mushrooms whole
  • 12 small onion whole
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • cup vegetable oil 
  • cup citrus champagne vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Stir together first 10 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup marinade, and chill.
  2. Pour remaining marinade into a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Add meat cubes; seal and chill 8 hours.
  4. Drain, discarding marinade.
  5. Thread meat and vegetables onto 12-inch skewers.
  6. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 16 minutes, basting with reserved marinade and turning often.
