  • 1.5 cups broccoli 
  • 0.3 cup carrots sliced
  • tablespoon spring onion sliced
  • tablespoons salad dressing italian low-fat
  •  romaine leaves

  2. Add broccoli, carrot and onion. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil 10 to 12 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Toss vegetables with dressing. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
