Ingredients

  • 10 servings bamboo skewers 
  • tablespoon pepper black
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.8 tablespoons rosemary leaves fresh chopped ( 4 sprigs)
  • 0.8 tablespoons thyme sprigs fresh ( 5 sprigs)
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  •  juice of lemon 
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless cleaned cut into large cubes
  •  lemon zest fine ()
  • cups olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 14 ounce yogurt plain
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • teaspoons salt 
  • 10 servings salt and pepper black to taste
  • tablespoons cream sour

Directions

  1. For the kebabs: in a plastic bag or airtight container, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  2. Add chicken, toss well to coat evenly, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove chicken pieces from marinade and season well with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and juices of chicken run clear when pricked with the end of the skewer. Thread 3 pieces of chicken onto each skewer.
