  •  garlic clove 
  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions
