  • 0.8 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup capers drained
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • sprigs thyme sprigs fresh (4 inches)
  • strips lemon zest (3 inches)

  3. Cover; refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
  4. Serve at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
