  • cups arugula loosely packed
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • teaspoon dijon mustard coarse-grained
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin 
  • 16  figs fresh halved
  • oz mozzarella fresh
  • tablespoon honey 
  • ounces serrano ham thinly sliced
