  • 0.3 teaspoon rosemary dried crushed
  • ounce yogurt plain fat-free
  • 0.3 cup feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes crumbled
  • large bell pepper green cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • teaspoons oregano dried
  • large onion red cut into wedges
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions

  1. In a large shallow baking dish, mix the yogurt, feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  2. Place the chicken in the dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken, onion wedges, and green bell pepper pieces alternately onto skewers. Discard remaining yogurt mixture.
  5. Grill skewers on the prepared grill until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
