  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoon honey 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  bell pepper red cut into 2-inch pieces
  •  onion red cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • large baby squash sliced into 2-inch pieces cut in half lengthwise and
  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar white
  • large zucchini sliced into 2-inch pieces cut in half lengthwise and

Directions

  1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  2. Place asparagus, onion, bell pepper, squash, and zucchini in a large heavy- duty zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Combine balsamic vinegar and next 8 ingredients; pour over vegetables in plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake gently to coat vegetables. Marinate 30 minutes, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Remove vegetables, discarding marinade.
  6. Place vegetables in a grill basket. Grill, uncovered, over medium- high heat (350 to 40
  7. minutes or until slightly charred, turning often.
