  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • tablespoons orange juice 
  • 16 inch portobello mushroom caps 
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 0.3 cup teriyaki sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  2. Place mushroom caps, gills up, in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour teriyaki mixture evenly over gills. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Place mushroom caps, gills down, on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
  6. Cut mushroom caps into 1/2- inch-thick slices.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
