  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained cut in half canned
  • oz olives black drained canned
  • oz feta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • servings basil fresh
  • tablespoons parsley fresh finely chopped
  • cup grape tomatoes halved
  • tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
  • 0.8 oz seasoning 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • pound shrimp deveined cooked peeled ()
  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar white

Directions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in shrimp and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill 8 to 24 hours.
  2. Stir in desired amount of basil just before serving.
