  • 0.3 cup olive oil

  • 12 ounce spicy tofu firm drained cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • tablespoons vinegar white

Directions

  1. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, basil, pepper, and oregano together in a bowl.
  2. Put tofu cubes in a large bowl.
  3. Pour marinade over tofu; add capers. Marinate tofu, stirring occasionally, for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Combine lettuce and tomatoes in a separate large bowl.
  5. Pour tofu mixture over lettuce and toss.
  6. Garnish with red onion.
