Directions
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, basil, pepper, and oregano together in a bowl.
- Put tofu cubes in a large bowl.
- Pour marinade over tofu; add capers. Marinate tofu, stirring occasionally, for at least 10 minutes.
