  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup low-sugar orange marmalade 
  • 16 ounce pork loin chops boneless lean trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle chops on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning; add chops to pan, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  3. Remove from pan, and keep warm.
  4. Add vinegar to pan; stir in marmalade. Return chops to pan, turning once to coat; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve immediately.
