  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon tarragon fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  •  onions sweet

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Peel onions and make two cross cuts on the top of the onion.
  3. Place in a clay cooker or casserole dish.
  4. Mix together the Balsamic vinegar, honey and tarragon.
  5. Pour over onions and marinate for 1 hour.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until onions are tender.
