- 2 cups baking potato cubed peeled
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
- 0.5 cup half-and-half
- 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups parsnips peeled chopped

Directions
- Place parsnip and potato in a saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until very tender.
- Drain and return to pan.
