  • pound baking potatoes peeled cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.3 cup cream sour reduced-fat
  • 0.5  onion peeled
  • ounce parmesan cheese finely grated
  • pound turnip peeled cut into 1-inch pieces
