  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • cups potatoes mashed
  • 16 oz chili beans sauce undrained canned
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes diced with green chiles, undrained canned
  • oz monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
