  • lb yukon gold potatoes peeled cut into quarters
  • large cloves garlic peeled
  • 0.3 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup cream sour reduced-fat
