Ingredients

  • Tbsp butter 
  • 0.5 cup philadelphia cream cheese spread 
  • tsp ground nutmeg 
  • medium pears cored peeled chopped
  • cups potatoes red cubed peeled

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and pears in saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to completely cover ingredients in pan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 15 min. or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add butter; mash until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Add cream cheese spread and nutmeg; continue to mash until creamy and well blended. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
