  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  • 29 ounce tomatoes diced chili-style undrained canned
  • ounces preshredded cheddar cheese reduced-fat
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  •  chipotle chilies in adobo sauce canned minced drained
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cups onion chopped
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 15 ounce kidney beans dark red rinsed drained canned
  • 12 ounce recipe crumbles burger-style
  • ounce tomato paste canned
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add garlic and next 3 ingredients; cook 1 minute.
  4. Add recipe crumbles and next 7 ingredients, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Discard bay leaf.
  5. Spoon chili into individual bowls. Top each serving with green onions, olives, and cheese.
