Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup olive oil extra virgin 
  • tablespoon rosemary fresh chopped
  • tablespoons garlic cloves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.3 cup squeezed lemon juice fresh
  • tablespoon oregano fresh chopped
  • servings rice 
  • teaspoons sea salt 
  • pounds sirloin tips 
  • 0.3 cup california chardonnay wine

Directions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the olive oil, wine, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt and black pepper.
  2. Add the sirloin tips, seal, and shake or squish to make sure all of the ingredients are well dispersed.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight. You may want to check in a few times to agitate the bag and make sure the sirloin tips are evenly marinated.Preheat your grill on high.Thread the sirloin tips onto 4 to 6 soaked skewers and grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve over couscous, pasta, salad or rice.
