  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 0.7 cup onion chopped
  • 10 ounce pizza crust italian cheese-flavored thin (such as Boboli)
  • 0.5 cup bottled salsa 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen dry thawed drained chopped
