  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.7 cup condensed milk sweetened (caramelized condensed milk)
  • tablespoons whipping cream 
  • serving strawberries fresh sliced
  • cups frangelico
