  • tbsp olive oil 
  •  onion finely chopped
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder 
  • 0.5 tsp paprika 
  • tsp cumin 
  • 0.5 tsp ground pepper 
  • servings cream

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 5 mins. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 8 mins.
