  • 0.8 pound crabs shelled cooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon lemon zest (see Notes)
  • 0.3 cup meyer lemon juice 
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • tablespoon sesame oil toasted
  • tablespoons shallots finely chopped
  • cup watercress leaves and sprigs (large stems removed)
