  • 0.1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • large eggs 
  • large egg whites 
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • ounces ham chopped reduced-fat
  • 1.5 ounces cheddar cheese shredded extra-sharp reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.

  6. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.
