Ingredients

  • teaspoons baking soda 
  • 0.5 cup canola oil 
  • cup fruit mixed dried chopped
  • cups vanilla yogurt fat-free
  • ounces flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup 
  • teaspoon orange zest grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cup cornmeal yellow

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients (through 1/4 teaspoon salt) in a large bowl.
  4. Combine yogurt, oil, syrup, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Fold in fruit, sunflower seeds, and rind.
  6. Spoon batter into 4 (6-inch) loaf pans coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack.
