Ingredients

  • teaspoons garlic chopped
  • cup mint leaves fresh packed (spearmint)
  • cup parsley leaves fresh italian packed
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper flakes red
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin

  • bowl

Directions

  1. Place garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse several times until chopped.
  2. Add the mint and parsley leaves and pulse until finely chopped. (Alternatively chop everything finely by hand.)
  3. Remove to a medium bowl.
  4. Add the vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes to the mint parsley mixture and stir until the salt has dissolved. Stir in the olive oil.
  5. Will keep for several days in the refrigerator. Perfect to serve with lamb or steak!
