  • cup mint leaves fresh
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh washed drained
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon zest 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • servings pepper freshly ground to taste
  • servings sea salt to taste
  • cup sourdough bread cubed (crust removed)
