  • 1.5 cups mint leaves fresh loosely packed
  • cups wedges honeydew melon cubed
  • 4.5 teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • pinch salt 
  • 1.5 cups simple syrup glaze

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients, and process, in 2 batches, in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into freezer container of a 1-gal. electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and times may vary.)
