  • 0.8 cup carrots diced
  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1.8 pounds peas fresh green shelled
  • teaspoons butter 
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add peas and carrot; cook 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain; set aside.
  4. Melt margarine in pan over medium heat.
  5. Add mushrooms and green onions; saut 2 minutes.
  6. Add pea mixture, mint, and salt; saut 2 minutes.
