  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  •  mint sprigs 
  • cups raspberries fresh
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  •  rose hip and hibiscus tea bags (such as Pompadour brand)
  • cups water 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add raspberries, mint, and tea bags.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
  5. Remove tea bags; strain mixture through a sieve, reserving liquid. Discard solids.
  6. Add sugar and juice to tea, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs.
