  • 0.3 teaspoon allspice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cup quinoa cooked
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • cup parsley fresh plus more for garnish finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves fresh finely chopped
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean (85 percent )
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together allingredients until combined.Cover with plastic wrap andrefrigerate at least 1 hour, upto 24 hours.
  2. Heat oven to 425°F.Form meat mixture into 24oval balls (about 3 tablespoons each).Arrange on 2 cookie sheetslined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake 8 minutes; turn and bake10 minutes more.
  4. Garnish withparsley if desired; serve.
