- 5 tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons sake (rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil toasted
- 1.5 pounds snow peas whole
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar

Directions
- Cook peas in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain in colander and rinse in cold water.
- Drain again, blotting dry on paper towels.
