  • 0.3 cup miso white (soybean paste)

Directions

  1. Combine water and soup stock in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Add miso, and cook until miso is blended, stirring constantly. Ladle soup into bowls, and sprinkle evenly with tofu and green onions.
