  • tablespoon poppy seeds 
  • 0.8 teaspoon sugar 
  • cup cantaloupe 
  • 0.5 cup grapes cut in half
  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh
  • oz cheddar cheese white cut into 1/2-inch cubes
