  • 14 ounce fruit mixed dried
  •  optional: lemon quartered
  • cups orange juice fresh ( 6 oranges)
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange rind grated

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Discard cloves, cinnamon, and lemon.
  2. Serve with chremslach.
  3. Note: Store compote in the refrigerator for up to a week.
