  • 1.5 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • cups the salad mixed
  • cup raspberries 
  • 0.5 small jicama peeled cut into julienne strips (1 cup)
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • serving lime wedges
