  • tablespoons brown sugar light
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon season-all® seasoned salt mccormick®
  • small sweet potatoes and into cut into 1/4-inch rounds
  • medium bell pepper red yellow cut lengthwise into 6 strips
  • medium baby squash yellow cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices
  • medium zucchini cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices

Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar with herb and spices; set aside.
  2. Place vegetables in large bowl or pan.
  3. Drizzle oil over vegetables; toss to coat.
  4. Add half the seasoning mixture; toss to coat. Repeat process until vegetables are well covered.
  5. Place vegetables directly on preheated grill or large broiler pan. Grill or broil over medium heat until vegetables are fork-tender, about 10 minutes; turning frequently.
