  • cup maxwell house coffee hot brewed
  • Tbsp coffee-flavored liqueur 
  • 12 fl. oz. evaporated milk fat-free canned
  •  env. knox gelatine unflavored
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over milk in blender container; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Add hot coffee; cover. Blend on medium speed 2 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend on high speed 2 minutes.
  4. Pour evenly into 5 mugs or dessert glasses.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
