  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 cup olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sherry vinegar

  1. Process 6 garlic cloves, 2 cups(packed) fresh cilantro leaves, 1 teaspoonsalt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin in afood processor, occasionally scrapingdown sides of bowl, until a smoothpaste forms. With machine running,drizzle in 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oiland process until well blended.
