  •  garlic cloves minced
  • large bell pepper green chopped
  • cup blackstrap molasses 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • large onion chopped
  • teaspoon pepper freshly ground

  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375, stirring occasionally, 3 hours.
