  • tablespoons milk fat-free
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • tablespoon horseradish prepared
  • 0.5 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup blackstrap molasses 
  • 0.3 cup nonfat mayonnaise 
  • teaspoons onion finely chopped
  • 16 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless lean (1/)

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Combine soy sauce, molasses, and garlic powder; stir well, and pour over pork chops. Seal bag; turn bag to coat chops. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400).
  4. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding marinade.
  5. Place pork chops on rack; grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until meat is done.
  6. Remove from grill, and keep warm.
  7. Combine mayonnaise and remaining 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Spoon horseradish sauce evenly over pork chops.
